My wife and I had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with your staff named Lina and Joshua. They both were extremely helpful.

Lina helped my wife both over the phone and in the store. She was even obliging to look for a receipt my wife thought she had lost but found it later tucked into the deep recesses of her handbag.

Joshua was particularly friendly even softly singing along to the music playing in the background. His friendly banter (talking about of all things the Kardashian range of handbags) kept me from falling asleep whilst my wife took her time searching for and finding a new bag.

All stores need dedicated, friendly staff like these.
