- Ann Farrington25.02.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Asked for a nano SIM as I'd purchased a new phone outright. Get home to activate it and find you've given me the wrong sim. I need it for a prepaid phone not a plan phone. Surely this should be a mandatory question in order to meet the customers needs. Maybe OPTUS could stamp a warning on their sims.
